Less than three months after Ado’s massively successful WORLD TOUR 2025 “Hibana,” the anonymous singer has just begun her first-ever Japanese DOME TOUR “Yodaka” in honor of her fifth debut anniversary. This homecoming run is short but special, with two shows at the Tokyo Dome on November 11th and 12th as well as two at the Kyocera Dome Osaka on November 22nd and 23rd.
The opening concert at the Tokyo Dome featured a setlist of 25 different songs, including fan favorites as well as several live debuts. In addition, the stunning visual effects able to be utilized at such a large-scale venue even further enhanced the viewing and listening experience for amazed concertgoers.
Ado began the concert with one of her oldest singles, “Odo,” which came out in 2021. Other classics such as “Usseewa” and “Yoru no Pierrot” that also had their initial releases before her first full-length album “Kyōgen” were also featured.
Fans had the opportunity to witness multiple songs that had never been seen or heard live before that point. This included “MAGIC,” the theme for the new anime adaptation of Tsukasa Hōjō's “Cat's Eye” manga on Disney+, “Ya Ya Ya,” and “Kitto Coaster,” a collaborative piece between Ado and the Kura Sushi chain of restaurants.
Not only that, but Ado also sang covers of some of her favorite pieces of music. She beautifully showcased her passionate voice during Sia’s “Chandelier,” and also impressed the audience with her renditions of “Suisei Ressha no Bell ga Naru” by After the Rain and “Unknown Mother Goose” by wowaka.
The final three songs of the main set, “Ashura-Chan,” “Kitto Coaster,” and “Watashi ni Hanataba,” were all performed as Ado rode a gigantic balloon around the stadium. The concert then came to an end with the iconic “KokoroToluNaNoFukakai.”
