Dave Matthews Band 10-city Fall Arena 2018 Tour Highlights

Dave Matthews Band is half way through their 10-city fall arena tour, bringing their newest album Come Tomorrow to the stage with them. The tour kicked off on November 27th in Columbus, Ohio and will hit six more dates before it wraps on December 15th in Charlottesville, Virginia.
DMB have been blessing the crowds with both fan-favorites and classic rock covers. This leg has limiting dates left so if you need any reason to snag those last few available tickets, check out our favorite highlights to date:
Their setlist
For all their credits, one of Dave Matthews Band’s greatest strengths is their ability to design a setlist. Whether planned or spontaneous, this group gives every audience a glamorized rock show full of passion, emotion, and a sense of awe. During this stint, they have been performing a two-and-a-half hour set that is always different than the one they performed the night before. They’ve consistently included tracks off ‘Come Tomorrow’ while also dusting off a handful of songs that they haven’t played in years. Check out their setlist from their show last night (December 5) in Albany, New York:

At various points on this tour, the band members of DMB have left the stage, leaving Matthews in the spotlight, guitar in hand, alone with the crowd. When this happened their first show Matthews said:
“I sure love playing music with these people”
Back-to-back nights at Madison Square Garden
The band returned to the legendary venue on November 29th and 30th, being their first show at The Garden since November 13, 2010. DMB kicked off their two-night stand with the slow building “Seek Up” followed by Come Tomorrow tracks: “That Girl Is You,” “Why I Am,” and “Samurai Cop (Oh Joy Begin)." That first night was highlighted by guitarist Eric Krasno’s guest appearance as he emerged to jam on “Lie In Our Graves." Krasno had previously sat-in with Dave Matthews Band 20 times between 2001 and 2012.
Their second night was met with equal excellence and boisterous party energy from the crowd that was seen the previous night. They performed tracks from all corners of their career while brining out a seemingly never ending slate of surprise guest musicians. They enlisted the jazz trumpet player Jon Faddis, the jazz guitarist Mark Whitfield, The Allman Brothers guitarist Warren Haynes, and the Saxophonists James Casey and Ron Blake. David Mathews Band closed out Madison Square Garden with a two-track encore of “So Right” and “Grey Street.” Check out fan-footage from their stay:
