Hello Swifties. It’s a bittersweet day that I write my last update on the epic 149-show Eras Tour. We’ve been on a star-studded, surprise-laden, data-packed journey together since we began tracking TTPD live debuts in May. I couldn’t leave you without a final wrap up in true setlist.fm fashion––teeming with numbers and statistical analysis.
But first, let’s go over the details of the tour's final three shows in Vancouver. Here’s a breakdown of the surprise songs for her final shows:
Night 1:
- “Haunted” / “Wonderland” (mashup on guitar)

Night 2:

Night 3:

Taylor made history over and over again with this tour. She broke sales records––grossing over $2 billion (10 percent of which she gave to tour crew as bonuses over the last two years), debuted an entire album that she released mid-tour, and smashed single-day attendance records at eight stadiums. “Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour,” the concert documentary/film released in theaters and on Disney+, has become the highest-grossing concert film of all time.
Swift crafted a tour that displayed how deeply she understands her fans and played her heart out at every single show, nearly exhausting her 274-song arsenal. The pop star reimagined her setlist to include TTPD as an era in May, and the end-of-tour stats show that the album came in at No. 9 most played, even though it only made it to the setlist over halfway through the tour’s schedule.
But the most played album of the tour? It depends on your metrics: TTPD: The Anthology had the most songs played at least once (all 31 tracks) while Midnights leads in number of times an album's song appeared on a setlist.
Thanks to the nightly two-song surprise set, every show was special, but some crowds were lucky enough to hear songs only played once during the entirety of the tour.

So we've successfully ("I hope," she says nervously, knowing Taylor Swift sleuths can out-research anyone) broken down the setlist data. But another detail that made the Eras Tour so special was its surprise guests, broken down here:
During the final night of the tour, Taylor told the crowd, “We have toured the entire world with this tour. We’ve had so many adventures. It’s been the most powerful, electrifying, intense, most challenging thing I’ve ever done in my entire life.” With this tour, Taylor set out to create a life-altering experience for her fans, and she pulled off the 149-show love letter to them.
And that's it, Swifties! We've been bringing you the data and the stories for the last 8 months of this tour, and this is my final sign off. Thanks for following along with me on this Eras Tour journey to unpack all the moments that make a Taylor Tour a thing of legend. I hope you enjoyed!
