Note: Halfway through "Basket Case", a message flashed up on a monitor at the back of the arena informing the band that they only had one minute left in their set. This caused Billie Joe Armstrong, who was black out drunk at the time, to go on an expletive-filled rant about the situation, culminating in him and his bandmates smashing their guitars and walking off stage.
