1) I went back and researched it an you're right, the correct spelling is "The Call of Ktulu". There are 63 setlists with this song so I used the batch editing tool (available to moderators) to change all the setlists. If you just change it one setlist, the statistics will be wrong, which is why I reverted it when you made the change to just one setlist.
2) Regarding solos, it's important to be consistent. None of the setlists from the 2003-2004 tour have solos listed. The solos should either be added to all of the setlists, or none of the setlists. Most of the Metallica setlist websites (including Metallica's own website) don't list them for this tour, which is why I didn't add them.
