From what I can find on the internet and on here Texas Jam (with one m) is a festival and is completely different than a group consisting of one or more artists in their own right.

When one performer jams with another group at that festival or sings a song with another group it will not be listed as a seperate concert but we use the with tag.

Nils Lofgren concert, Billy Preston concert...? I don't think so, the concert was billed as Ringo Starr and his All Starr Band. over the years there have been several different configurations of this group.
When each edition performs a song which was an original of a member the songs are not listed as covers but songs.
For Levon Helm this is different, he wrote a song for The Band so the song is a Band original. Since Ringo Starr and his All Starr Band were not a member of the Band, this song is considered a cover. Same with the Beatles songs Ringo performs.
Paul McCartney was a member of Wings, when Wings performed a Beatles song it's considered a cover for the same reason.
You see just the one concert you attended, but there are over 740 different setlists, so you think each of them should be listed seperatedly as Ringo Starr (solo), Billy Preston, Clarence Clemons... I don't think so.
If you follow your reasons, then a Beatles concert should be listed into different parts as to whether, JPG or R performed a song they composed?
