They're not minor. Some examples: King of the Mountain - 4:50 (album version) vs 6:20 (live version) The Morning Fog - 2:30 vs 5:00 (twice as long as the album version!!!) Aerial - 8:30 vs 10:20
"Watching You Without Me" included new coda, didn't it?
I was at the show as well. And during it I didn't feel that some songs are extended (King of the Mountain). Kate and her band did it in some delicate and subtle way that even "The Morning Fog" was like "with just a little longer ending". But when I listened to the bootleg I realised how longer the songs were in comparison to the studio versions.
