hello from railrat - you asked;
"What's your method for remembering all those songs played at shows almost 30 years ago? Just wondering your process."
fair question i suppose -
i owe it all to my older brother - when i attended my first concert in 1975 - he mentioned that he had lost some ticket stubs and had forgotten some opening acts - and he suggested that i log and document everything - and i have been diligent about keeping records of my concert journey - most of which (still MUCH work to do) you may feel free to view on my website - gratefuled.com - it is a (cookie free and ad free) personal website documenting my concert journey - and i invite anyone to visit the site - and copy and/or share any photos from my personal random photo library, as well as ticket stub photos (accessed from the drop down menu) and any information that exists on the site
i hope that attempts to answer your question - every show was different in terms of how i acquired the information (printed setlists, asking the artist, listening to recordings, etc.) but the majority of set lists and info was recorded personally by me - while the event was taking place and i am just now discovering how important it was for me to do so
i thank you kindly for your interest and look forward to continue working on setlist.fm
Opps when reverting, I didn't realise It changed the artist name from Foos to various artists. If you look, I did NOT add the running order of everyone again, I just added the songs Foo Fighters led (Oasis, AC/DC, The Police). We need these songs to be represented as played covers for the Foo Fighters. Currently, they are not.
The only current issue is the stats won't be right for foo fighters. They covered those Oasis, Police and the AC/DC songs on that night, and yet, this is not currently represented in their data.
hi! this is a proof avril concert https://bit.ly/3qdxHka
Hi - amazingly, I did get a photo of the Taylor Hawkins Tribute running order, with all the ‘acts’ listed - I’ve just uploaded it to this link. https://ibb.co/y6gM9YM
Makes it all very clear!

Hey, saw you did a lot of Dermot Kennedy edits. In his Instastory is a snippet of him singing Drake’s Furthest Thing (so I guess he sang An evening as well) and I think it’s in Stockholm. But I saw in the comment section you watched a livestream of that session and didn’t include it on the setlist. Was this perhaps another session?
Thanks for adding another song to Avril Lavigne setlist. :)
Would you have any idea if the World Cafe radio shows are always recorded at WXPN studios or if they sometimes cut the performances at the World Cafe Live for broadcast? I can't find anything definitive on the internet and am trying to decide what to do with the current NPR World Cafe venue.

User is starting a revert war with me, can you provide some assistance?
Thanks.
re: Green Day Metro Setlist
Hey! Sorry for not including the source within my original edit. I got the picture from someone in attendance who obtained the setlists after the show. Here’s a link to the original Facebook post + an Imgur screenshot in case it doesn’t work.https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=pfbid02S1WvJtjbUL2vA2LDvaZtGJbSHJcMEeDf7cu14fZHyuSFJMzn1ZTiz53HwzQBRJNLl&id=100023253290306 https://imgur.com/a/Bt7G0T5
That's what I was hoping for their spring tour! But it seems for sure that you've seen them quite a bit...
Welcome to Moderator team!
Congratulations on Moderator status!!!
Can you please lock this setlist? With my latest edits? There is a spamer who uses multiple bit accounts and keeps reverting it non stop for 3 days now...
