It is definitely the Louis Jordan cover, "Caldonia," not the Robbie Robertson penned song "Caledonia Mission" from Music from Big Pink. I'll admit I wouldn't completely trust my memory alone as this was 30+ yrs ago, but i have recordings of this show that confirm this.
