Note that medleys are defined as "a mix of different song snippets as one song"
I am assuming you are referring to the Laura Pausini concert.
If the songs that are listed in the medley were performed in their entirety, then they can be broken away from the medley, however if only a snippet of the song was performed (as part of a larger medley), then it should be left in the medley.
