Hello, I have an unusual request. I see that you attended Journey's concerts in Salt Lake City, UT on May 29, 1982, March 31, 1983, and September 17, 1986, and I was wondering, did you happen to record their concert either night, or do you know anyone who did record? If so, please email me at lapitanboys6@gmail.com.

Apparently this is where the information for the setlist originated. It isn't a particularly reliable source but it is a source. This one was probably on Aug 2 as SLC, Casper, Denver makes a lot more sense than Casper, SLC, Denver but I am not changing it now.

Create a new setlist on the date for the show you attended and put the ticket information on it. I don't have any confidence in the existing setlist but it does fit the tour geographically. It could easily be a day later or earlier so I don't want to delete it. After you create your setlist I will know where to begin looking for confirmation. Unfortunately Huey Lewis tours are poorly documented.

I'm afraid I can't help you there. My edit was only to change the name of the venue. Where did your ticket stub say the show was held?

On the Deadly Apples I spent a lot of time yesterday looking for the names of those songs also. I eventually came across this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8AjZ1xpaeBA&t=735s and watched it and recognized the second and fourth songs and followed the names they had in their list. I also found that Deadly Apples is to release an LP in 2018. I am excited to hear that because I really liked "Help" which I am unable to find anywhere except that youtube video of the Dallas set.

That's why we discourage the practice of doing what he did. Unless a Moderator sees it or someone points it out it looks stupid and can be confusing for Users. Fortunately we can delete comments...You can paste your comment onto the new setlist when it happens.

The Eagles Thursday, May 3 show at Vivint Smart Home Arena has been postponed to Sunday, May 20th due to Don Henley being ill.

Hi Shane,
Although your point about cancelled concerts being interesting and of historical interest is true, it is the set policy of this website to not list them. Unfortunately that is the way this site operates. What you should do is when you or another User creates or edits the setlist for the May 20 show please add an @info tag to it that says originally scheduled for May 3 or something like that. If you see any other SLC venues that need changing please let me know.
Cheers,
Ben

I have changed the Capitol Theatre stuff If you have the time please take a look at the shows and venues and see if they look right to you and let me know if they aren't okay.
Thanks for pointing out the needed corrections and providing the link to the information.
Cheers,
Ben

Hello,

I'm looking for a scan of the concert ticket from Phil Collins in Salt Lake City 1994.
I read that you went to see this concert.
Did you keep your ticket?
Thank you
Antoine

Buddy, i think you should put the official date and then you add an @Info[Date might to be wrong] something like that. I need to check out the guidelines further to see if we have something about this :)

so, i think you put the only one, that you know under the @Tape, the other one, unfortunately, you don't recognized, so..

about the introducing members, put it like this. Let's say it's a Guns N' Roses show, and Axl Rose introduced the band after "This I Love". So you'll put it like this "This I Love @Info[with band introductions]"

"Rock and Roll @Tape @Cover[678d88b2-87b0-403b-b63d-5da7465aecc3]
Detroit Rock City
Shout It Out Loud
Calling Dr. Love
Hell or Hallelujah
Wall of Sound
Hotter Than Hell @Info[Gene spits fire]
I Love It Loud
Outta This World
Guitar and Drum Solos @Info[Tommy Thayer / Eric Singer]
Bass Solo @Info[Gene spits blood and flies]
God of Thunder
Psycho Circus
War Machine
Love Gun @Info[Paul flies]
Black Diamond @Info[with short Paul guitar solo / Snippet of "Stairway to Heaven" by Led Zeppelin]

Lick It Up @Info[Snippet of "Won't Get Fooled Again" by The Who]
I Was Made for Lovin' You
Rock and Roll All Nite
God Gave Rock 'n' Roll to You II @Tape"

this is the São Paulo's setlist. For KISS, the intro tape is the last song that was played when the curtain is already there, like Rock and Roll by Led Zeppelin, or Immigrant Song or whatever, and the outro tape is the song that is played over the PA in the venue, doesn't really matter too much if this is played with the lights on or off;

Aerosmith 2011 Intro Music: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u2hI-PcCNo8
Guns N' Roses 2014 Intro Music: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B9Uv2mLUQSc
KISS 2012 Intro Music: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X1UC2hN3_8o

these are good examples ;)

well, i attended KISS concert in São Paulo in 2012. Between the opening bands they played some music over the PA. But the last one, before the KISS concert started, it was "Rock and Roll" by Led Zeppelin, and looks like we have a consistency here, because i know that they used this song to preced they entering in the stage, at almost every concert since 2012. Same thing about "God Gave Rock 'n' Roll to You II", they used here and they've been using for a while, i think since 2008, or even before this year. So, the taped intro/outro, for me, it's inconsistent also. But, using Guns N' Roses as an example now, they use taped intro since 2001, and they change it almost every tour, or even legs of the tour, you can see how we do it here: http://www.setlist.fm/setlists/guns-n-roses-7bd69e24.html. Same thing about their outro, looks like this year it's has been "Baby Blue", and they used it here at my show, but the venue lights were on and the crew were already on the stage. So, for me, "God Gave Rock 'n' Roll to You II" is a taped outro music, choosen by KISS and their crew, it has a "goodbye" vibe on it :) hope it's clarifies for you.
