That's fine to remove the songs. Just make sure that it wasn't an attendee who added them and explain how you know that it's wrong. We only allow people to 'guess' a setlist if they were there, but we didn't start requiring a source for editing until about 1 1/2 years ago so I wouldn't start removing setlists just based on that.

Please don't report setlists for deletion when the show took place but the songs in the setlist are wrong. The setlist itself will be deleted with no record left. The best thing to do is to put your concerns about the songs listed in the Comment section of the show, post your concerns in a Forum entry or contact a Moderator or Roadie. The Sabbath show you flagged for deletion definitely happened even if the songs listed are probably not correct.
