Limit Exceeded for 24 hours aloready... :(

Hi,
We can't get any data from the API for the past 24 hours, it says “Limit Exceeded”.
Our dashboard shows the following: Rate limit max. 16.0/second and max. 1000000/WEEK
I don't think we make so many requests in a week (or per second), but I don't see anywhere to check that.
How to prevent this from happening, and most importantly: how to make it return results again? Thanks.
