I'm not a 'genres' person. Whether it's popular or not doesn't matter to me. I have no guilty pleasures and I could care less if people are appalled by some of the music I like. These are MY ears. I like what I like. If you don't care for it, then you don't have to listen to it.

I'm currently working on broadening my musical horizons. I'm hoping to explore more 'progressive rock' at the moment. I'm really excited about getting to know King Crimson and Pink Floyd most specifically. I didn't grow up with that music, so there's a lot for me to learn about. For a frame of reference: 2009 marks the first time I've ever heard a Pink Floyd album in full (Dark Side Of The Moon, of course). I'm seriously behind! *panics*
