I did not put "Encore" as a sing title, whoever wrote the list first, it 8s the person who put it there, I am not that stupid, and I also understand English language as C1 level - the highest, so I know the meaning of word "Encore''. So, you got the origibal setlist FROM the band? Well, take a photo of it and post it here. You dodn't? Well, it was strange to me to hear it as well, but I reacted on lyrics "Mandolin wind", since I haven't heard it before. I looked it up, based on the lyrics I caught. It was a Mandolin wind. And you know, as s.o. who has long history of concerts (and I AM reffering to YOU not me, even though I have the same), performers tend to change setlists for they are not strict. They play one basic setlist with occasional changes. Personally, I am glad that it was there, and in such way, it made Belgrade concert special.
