Hello Kurt - great shows last night. I like your taste in shows, and am impressedthat you're cataloging them all. I'm trying and yet I know a few are lost to the ages. As an example, I saw John Mayall in Cincinnati, but cannot find any reference to the date or venue, even with a recollection of Reverend Horton Heat in the lineup at a tiny festival in a park. My first real show was also Uriah Heep, warming up for Kiss, rather than as a headliner. We've been at a few of the same shows, viz., Pixies at the Chicago Theatre.
I've moved around the country, and seen shows around the world while traveling. It'd be great to shoot the breeze sometime regarding the music we've seen and heard. I'm jealous of the Bowie show a few years back, among others. I live in Elmhurst, and am a member of the Chicago Audio Society whose meetings are commonly, but not always, in Arlington Heights. Where are you living?
