API key inactive

Hey team, I have requested reactivation of my API key but it doesn't seem to have gone through. Could you please check it out when you have the chance? Cheers!

Thanks for your response! I have requested reactivation twice now and both times I have received an email saying my request has been approved, but the key is still inactive. Any idea why?

That's weird, could be a bug, this needs investigation. There should be another API key in your settings now which works. Sorry for that.

Hi @michi,
Been waiting for reactivation of my key. I want to get started on my project, and this is holding me back. Is there a way to just request a new one? I cannot find that option on the api page.

@lisa1210, added a second one – you should see it in your API settings. The new one is more restricted than the other one though. Unfortunately can't do a lot to speed up things for the other one, sorry.
