Last night Tame Impala AKA Kevin Parker took the stage at Chicago's United Center for the 2021 kickoff of The Slow Rush Tour. Parker primed the visually stunning set with "One More Year" which is also the opening track on his most recent release, 2020's The Slow Rush. Although the bulk of the set was dedicated to TSR (as the tour name would suggest), Parker did touch on all four of his studio albums. Innerspeaker's "Runaway, Houses, City Clouds" got slotted in near the end of the main set, its first performance in 8 years.
Another notable "debut" was Tame Impala's cover of Travis Scott's "Skeletons" - a song KP co-wrote and produced for Scott's Astroworld. Check out video of that on Reddit.
The two-song encore included "The Less I Know The Better" and the first-ever live performance of TSR's closing track, "One More Hour." See fan footage of the debut:

The tour resumes this Friday, September 10 at The Gorge Amphitheatre in Washington. More dates here.
