Watch Bruce Springsteen + Sheryl Crow Perform "Redemption Day"

On November 4th, Bruce Springsteen and Sheryl Crow joined forces for the first time ever in honor for the Stand Up For Heroes fundraiser. The charity event helped raise the Bob Woodruff Foundation over $5.7 million for wounded veterans and their families.

Both artists performed single sets at the Hulu Theater in New York's Madison Square Garden, but united together to do an acoustic duet of her 1996 song "Redemption Day." Watch them performing it together below!

Springsteen performed a five song set that included some of his top hits like “Dancing in the Dark”, “I’m On Fire”, Land of Hope and Dreams”, “Bobby Jean”, and “I’ll Work for Your Love."

Crow sang two more oldies but goodies during her short set - "Everyday is Winding Road" and "I Shall Believe." "Everyday is a Winding Road" is Crow's second most performed song to date, while "I Shall Believe" is her 13th, according to our Setlist.Fm data.

The Stand Up For Heroes benefit began in 2007, and is produced by the New York Comedy Festival in partnership with the Bob Woodruff Foundation.

Springsteen spent this past year promoting his nineteenth studio album Western Stars, while Crow just released her tenth and final album, Threads. This isn't the end of Crow's music career, however, as she still intends on working on singles in the future.

The Boss will perform one more event this year, another fundraiser, known as "The Concert for the Rainforest Fund." Keep up to date with all things Springsteen over on his website!

Crow has two shows set for the rest of 2019 - one this weekend at Vets Aid, and one in December to make up for her cancelled show at The Ace Theatre in Los Angeles. Early in 2020, she'll be part of Brandi Carlile's "Girls Just Wanna Have Fun" Weekend in Puerto, Mexico. Check out all her dates over on her website.
