Saw your question re that old Killers show. Sorry to say I can’t remember. I was wondering if I had a bootleg, but given my photos from those shows were on a disposable camera I suspect not. I’ll double check when I next do a hard drive back up and check my old concert folders.
Hi,
I didn't actually attend that show. Back in the day I was also a big Killers fan and there were a handful of sites where you could post to different groups (Yahoo Groups, Google Groups) about various topics of interests. There existed several Killers related groups and sometimes people would go to a show and then report on these online groups about their experience, sometimes documenting the setlist. Unfortunately these groups have gone offline since I was digging through them almost a decade ago, and if I and others like me didn't take the time to dig when we had the chance, all that info would have been lost. What was recoverable, I uploaded here to Setlist fm, but unfortunately as I'm not sure which specific show you're referring to, I don't have any answers. If the person who attended the show was able to provide more detail, I would have recorded it here, but what I recorded here is all that I could find. I would generally not have assumed a song in the place of an unknown song, so I likely wouldn't have inputted something like Sweet Talk, which also i don't think was even played live until 2007. I could be wrong but i also don't like that song so I would have been less inclined to dig up info related to that song. I would have moreso been hunting for setlists featuring Hot Fuss era songs
Hi, I’m pretty sure we’ve spoke on Reddit? The information I updated yesterday on the performances of I Want My Heart Back (1 Nov) and Japanese Soldier (27 Jul) both come from
clips posted on Corlene Byrd’s Instagram, the cover of Champagne Supernova that same night is also mentioned in the book “Destiny Is Calling Me” by Jarret Keene. All the other Setlist information is from this article https://lasvegassun.com/news/2010/apr/16/almost-famous/
I have no idea. Have seen The Killers only once.
