I had actually found the Charleston Gazette's newspaper review, and they do mention the concert had four encores, which is very good information and helps fill in some blanks. The start of the tour had a four-encore set list, and once Flaming Youth was dropped the encore was shortened to three songs, so if they played four in Charleston then I can hypothesize with some confidence Flaming Youth was performed.
I don't recall any photos, but it's possible they exist and the newspaper just didn't run any with the review.
