I won't pretend to be an expert on tour names. When I took out the festival name that had been inserted incorrectly the assigned tour name was automatically inserted. This "tour" picked up again in August. Do you think this leg of the tour should have a different name? They didn't release any other album that I know of until "Who Are You" in 1978.
