In case you didn't see my comment in the report; Could you possibly not add all the setlists for festivals before stage and times are added?
I generally add the big Japanese festivals and purposely wait until this information is out before adding, it takes so much more time to correct the stages and times for setlists that have already been created when compared to just adding it all in one go.

Over the two weekends makes sense, the 4 day idea was interesting but only really works with the public holiday falling nicely.
Hope to make it there one year for either Luckyfes or RIJ.
