Update: I just looked at the show from 2016 that I was sure had Is It A Dream and I was WRONG! SO WRONG!!
So maybe it was the first since the 80s!!

Is It A Dream was the first performance on this tour. They had been doing Plan 9 Channel 7 up until Philly. Definitely saw them do Is It A Dream in the Teens. Cheers, Geoff
