Every artist refers to any time they are playing shows not in the city where they live, as "on tour". If it's 4 shows in one week in 4 different cities, or 3 shows over 2 weeks in one country, they'll casually refer to it as a tour, even when it's not a named tour.

Users can view tour dates by year for an artist on the artist statistics page

I understand your desire to name these dates but unless there is an official name we'll just leave Tour: empty. I added the Sept-Oct '23 run since it was named in the press.
