Hi, not sure if you still need to know this, but you have to put a transliterated version of the album on Musicbrainz for Russian albums to work on setlist.fm. Here is an example:

Make sure to assign the release as a transliterated/translated track listing of the original, and it should show up after a couple weeks.
please stop presuming songs on setlists.
Check out this show in 1992: https://youtu.be/C_-lEHyw3U4
In 1991 as support band it was definitely more low profile than what you see in the video. The guitars were not really sounding that dirty or “live”.
Hi there, oomph was a different band back then, “Ich bin Du” was played in the Technoclub and to us it was more an EBM band than a guitar band. The concert was casual, he did not make the “ooooh I am such a mad guy” faces back then, the other two in tanktops, I think both had guitars if i remember correctly, and you really would not hear they play a lot of it, except for “Gleichschritt”. They were supporting X Marks The Pedwalk who were at the peak of their popularity in Frankfurt at that time, XMTP had several club hits already and there was a lot of expectation. Oomph played no longer than 30 minutes, songs that stuck in mind were definitely “Mein Herz”, “Gleichschritt”, “Ich bin Du” and “Der neue Gott”. Cheers

Hello,
I noticed you asked a question about adding Korol i Shut album on setlist.fm. I also had the same problems with Aria albums. You need to add pseudo release to each Korol and Shut albums and then alias as well. Then wait a week and everything will be imported into setlist fm.
Check for example that release:
