Hi Oddi,
https://www.setlist.fm/search?query=olympiastadion+m%C3%BCnchen
https://www.olympiapark.de/de/veranstaltungen-tickets/musik-konzerte/detailansicht/event/6242/die_sommerbuehne_im_stadion/
Markus

Hey, i asked about the Wild Rover a day ago... before you.

Hiya,
Yes, there are multiple halls in the Congresgebouw (or World Forum). My guess is that the Saga show was at the Statenhal, which is where most big concerts were held at the time.
https://nl.wikipedia.org/wiki/World_Forum?wprov=sfla1
I'm currently on vacation, I can try to fix these shows when I am back next week.

No problem I'm from Flanders so I also speak Dutch (and French)

Hello

I think it's better to contact a Dutch mod like Biedjee or riazor or roadie like magnix or elineraterink , they might know better if there's a second hall or the concert has been misdated.
Thanks.

Hi Oddi, I really appreciate you posting Mick Taylor's set list at the Astoria gig on 6 June 2005. I was heavily involved in that gig as it was a tribute to my father, Dick Heckstall-Smith. Were you there and did we meet? All the best, Arthur

Hi. Just wanted to let you that the show you added for The Urge for Germany on May 12th, 2007 is a completely different band, as the st louis rock band had already broken up at the time. Therefore, the band you added should be in it's own separate database to avoid any possible confusion with fans. https://www.setlist.fm/setlist/the-urge/2007/museumsplatz-bonn-germany-1399a9e9.html

My mistake. I thought it was odd that you would make a mistake like that instead it was me with the obvious error. Guess I'm still not completely used to the new Comment section. Thanks for catching it.

Maybe I made a mistake. Can you link me the setlist? I think it was a James Taylor or Jackson Browne show.

Hi Oddi!

Your change of the Cozy Powell tour 1992 into "Tony Martin & Cozy Powell' is wrong. Tony Martin was the singer but they played under the name "Cozy Powell's Hammer". I was at that concert and I still have the original ticket saying it!

Hi Oddie,
https://rockinberlin.de/index.php?title=31._Mai_1993_Biohazard,_Crowbar
Zudem ist Biohazard für den 31. Mai auch noch in Halle gelistet was aber laut Plakat am 1. Juni der Fall war. Da geht also Einiges durcheinander. Könntest du das wieder in die richtige Reihenfolge bringen?
Vielen Dank für deine Hilfe, Rataplan

Hi was you at the Mama boy's gig October 29th 1991 Leas cliff hall folkestone Kent?

Trying to remember other band on with them.

Thanks

As for the instrumental version it is just an example. If I take another example to be clear, an instrumental version of Mac the kinfe will always be credited to Kurt Weill and not Bertolt Brecht (or Eric Bentley) !!! https://secondhandsongs.com/work/163990/versions#nav-entity

Yes I wrote a message to ExecutiveChimp who changed it back to D. K. Gavan. I'm not familiar to this song either, but whoever is the composer it is not D. K. Gavan for sure !

Sorry, not a dead link but a link from the moderator forum !
But nevertheless, it seems obvious that the composer must be credited and not the lyricist, that's what we already apply for covered songs in foreign languages or when the lyrics are re-written but the melody remains the same ! Not talking about instrumental versions of a song : could an instrumental version of Rocky Road to Dublin be credited to D. K. Gavan ???

Hi,
SAS Band in Braunschweig
Did they play 2 gigs ?
I saw the gig after Braunschweig Lions vs. Cologne Crocodiles match
on the
31.August 2002

Hi Oddi
I noticed you changed my edit on this setlist:
https://www.setlist.fm/setlist/the-high-kings/2017/city-winery-new-york-ny-3be2a08c.html#sfmsr5bd40bd4
I know the song "Rare Ould Times" was popularized by The Dublin City Ramblers, but I believe the rules for the website are that the one who gets credit is the composer.

Loreley's version is quite clearly titled "Loch Lomond" not "On the Bonnie Banks".
Loreley and Runrig are different bands.

Source, as you can quite clearly see from the album, what the song is called. It is not the traditional version.
