Yeah, consistency is the goal, but the Guidelines here expressly require we use the exact song titles as on the record (if in question, check Musicbrainz), and we use the required song spellings and punctuation. So if a song has two or more versions listed, we go with whichever of the two sets of entries is correct, not which ones has more listings.
And yes, you can change the incorrect ones in bulk using the "Report Duplicate song" function. Go the incorrect song listing, click "Duplicate song," then put in the url for the correct song listing.
