Halestorm Performed 4 Live Debuts On This Day In 2012

Rock band Halestorm has provided us with many memorable shows over the past few years. There is no better way to celebrate their legacy than to bring it back to this day in 2012 at the James Brown Arena in Augusta, Georgia, where they put on an unforgettable show.

The concert was part of the 2012 Mass Chaos tour, which included tracks from the band’s second studio album, The Strange Case Of…, and other songs from their discography. Halestorm performed alongside rock bands Godsmack and Staind. They traveled across 20 cities for the tour, which made for some pretty memorable runs.

The 9-song setlist included a hefty number of live debuts, mostly from their 2012 release. They opened up the set with “Love Bites (So Do I),” followed by live debuts of “Mz. Hyde,” “I Miss the Misery,” “Rock Show” and “You Call Me a Bitch Like It’s a Bad Thing.” The tracks are among some of their most-performed songs.

Other songs from the album include “Freak Like Me” and show closer “Here’s to Us.” They dabbled in a couple of songs from their self-titled debut album, too, including “I Get Off,” which has been performed live a total of 1,102 times and “It’s Not You,” which has been performed 903 times. Lizzy Hale showed off the strength of her mesmerizing vocals, which was absolutely iconic when coupled with the heavy guitar riffs.
