One last question for you, Letmego1977:

At that 7/6/76 KISS gig, do you recall Gene doing his bass solo really early in the set? On opening night (7/3/76), it was the fourth song of the set, which is far earlier than it had ever been. But God of Thunder was clearly listed as the fourth song on opening night.

Any recollections on when Gene did his bass solo in Columbia?

Appreciate you following up again on the KISS gig in Columbia.

If they played Cold Gin that night, which was the second show of the tour, then they almost certainly did not play Sweet Pain. On opening night, they played Sweet Pain (for the first and only time until 2017) and Ace Frehley's guitar solo was in the middle of it. If Cold Gin with Ace's solo at the end was performed in Columbia, then Sweet Pain would have been dropped.

I wanted to ask you a couple of questions about the KISS concert you attended on July 6, 1976 in Columbia, South Carolina. I'm particularly interested in anything you recall about the set list.

1. Do you recall them performing a fairly rare song called "Sweet Pain" towards the middle of the show that night?
2. Did you or anyone you know take any photos or audio/video of the show?
