Justo debajo del setlist hay una opción que dice "Report setlist", ahí elijes la mejor opción y tienes que poner un mensaje de por qué debería ser borrado, ahí puedes poner que te equivocaste de fecha o que eres de la banda y que ese show es falso o algo así.
Un moderador lo revisa y se encarga, en tus opciones de cuenta hay un apartado que dice "reports" donde salen tus reportes y el estado en el que se encuentran.

Hola, en eso estoy, de hecho justo te quería comentar algunas cosas, y es que veo que siempre pones "Source by myself", me preguntaba si eras de la banda y al parecer tenía razón. Tengo algunas recomendaciones como poner una fuente al crear un setlist, ya que en esta página es obligatorio, por eso al cambiar el artista estaba agregando un link para validarlo, ya al agregar las canciones puedes poner un "I was there" y no hay problemas.
Igual me gustaría que revisaras este show, ya que no estaba agregado y me preguntaba si realmente se llevó a cabo:
