Yes, I agree. I think it's safe to assume that the festival gigs were part of the tour.
The problem is that this isn't covered by the guidelines (https://www.setlist.fm/guidelines#toursNaming) and it's also quite confusing without an explanation in the setlist edit field.
Hey, was "Festivals 2004" really the official tour name of the Beatsteaks concert at RiP in 2004?
