I don't want to merge the Blueberry Hill venue out of existence. While most of them were held there the venue website says the Duck Room didn't open until 1997 and we have setlists that are before that date. Feel free to change the ones listed at Blueberry Hill to the Duck Room if you know they were held there. I have added details to the venue webpages.
