Hi, Allenz! Nice to talk to you again & hope you're doing well :)
Sorry to bother you again, but I have a question about artists who play DJ sets on the same sets that they are singing. For context: Pabllo Vittar has been a very well known singer in Brazil for over a decade. About a year ago, she launched a DJ project called Club Vittar, mainly to start creating the look and feel of her new era around club songs. She played a few DJ sets over the past year (and even did a Club Vittar tour in some places around North America and Europe), without singing in any of them. Those sets were never created/uploaded to setlist.fm because everybody understood this was some kind of promo for her new era, not concerts/performances per se. Last week, she finally released her new album, which is all about club songs. To officially start this era, she played a concert in which she sang most of the songs, but, in the middle of it, she stopped everything and played 4 of her new songs only as a DJ, in a separate part of the stage. Then she went back to the main stage and started singing again.
My question is: in this particular setlist, should we put the Club Vittar songs as tape? Or should it be counted as a normal song? She never sang those, so I'm inclined on leaving them as tape with an info of DJ set, especially because the songs she played as DJ didn't had their live performance debut yet. Let me know what you think!
