Regarding "Let the Music Do the Talking", it's simply a matter of The Joe Perry Project having written and released the song before Aerosmith did. Even with the different set of lyrics that Steven Tyler added to the Aerosmith version, it's ultimately still the same song at the end of the day. This site's guidelines do touch on this in the Covers section:

"Songs are credited to the group or performing artist who originally wrote the song. E.g. John Lennon and Paul McCartney wrote "A Day in the Life", while members of The Beatles. So the song would be credited to The Beatles."

In this case, both versions of the song are credited solely to Joe Perry, and since the song was released with The Joe Perry Project first and while he wasn't a member of Aerosmith, it's credited to the former band. There's actually a similar issue with the Beach Boys' song "Caroline, No" from the Pet Sounds album. The song was initially released as a solo single by Brian Wilson before it was redone with the Beach Boys, so it's credited as a Brian Wilson song.

I do agree with you that listing the song as a cover instead of an Aerosmith original doesn't feel quite right given the differences between the two recorded versions, just as "Caroline, No" being credited as a Brian Wilson song doesn't feel quite right either, but it's just one of those technical things with this site. Songs need to be properly attributed to the artists that first wrote, recorded, and released them. In situations like this, I don't always agree with how things are done, but it does ultimately make sense and it's just how things work on this site. You can always talk to a Moderator if you'd like to try and pitch your perspective on this issue, but other than that, this seems to be how the song is credited on this site.

Before giving any opinion, I want to understand the nature of the presentation.

Does she plays in the same place and appear at different times with a new set?
Does she move from the original place to make a new set?
It is anything that am I missing?

With my little knowledge, it seems to be a "special scenario", with nobody doing something wrong, but having different opinions. Let me understand it first, then I can also look if there was a similar condition in a prior setlist (or set of setlists), and also discuss it with other mods and those who are participating in the edition.
