It doesn't really matter if you add "Tour" to the tour name (except if the official tour name has it included). Just be sure to stick to one version and also try to avoid tour names that are too long.

hey, just a friendly heads up since you add so many shows:

Most of the time you don't need to add "The" or "Tour" in the title for band's tours as they are assumed and setlist already has a Tour placeholder for each new entry. (There are exceptions, of course)

While looking for a video of the opening to FOB's 2024 Riot Fest set I came across a prerecorded tape intro to their 2013 RiotFest setlist.
When you have time post-fest recovery, take a listen and add to the 2013 setlist if appropriate. I don't know which version of the "MIss Missing You" dialogue this is.

I don't remember who opened for Panic! at the Disco in San Diego 9 Dec 2006. I couldn't find my tapes from the Panic! show, so I'm not able to confirm that Plain White T's opened. I may have found the same link that you posted and assumed they were on for the whole tour.
