Note: Because it was Halloween, Kurt was dressed up as Barney the Dinosaur​ (changing offstage during the show io fairy wings and a big black moustache drawn on his face), Pat was dressed up as Slash from Guns N' Roses, Dave was dressed up as a mummy, and Krist was dressed up as a white-faced "reverse Ted Danson".
