API Key Upgrade Request

Hi Michi!
I hope you're well.
I've been trying to request an upgrade of the Setlist.fm API via the API section but I haven't had any answer in weens. I'd like to upgrade to the maximum of 16 calls per second and 50k calls per day. Is this still the maximum?
How can we request an upgrade? Thanks a lot for your help!

Sorry, but as explained in various other topics (e.g. here, here and here), your approach was right and all you need to do is to wait for a response. As written in the other topics, this usually takes a very long time.
To anybody else who reads this: please don't create new forum topics, it just takes that long. Sorry.

Could you maybe share (via email if you prefer -> pa@claimy.co) who is responsible for API access/upgrade or partnerships at Setlist.fm? I don't think that this is necessary. Your e-mails have already been forwarded to the people responsible for API access.
I gave them another nudge, but that's really all I can do, sorry.

Hi Michi, I hope you're well! I'm following up on this because I still haven't heard from the team on our API upgrade request. It seems that others have had their upgrade approved in the meantime.
