I am glad to help you when I can. One of the reasons that the forums are better for posting requests is that a moderator checks them regularly. Any individual could be away from here for a while and miss a post on his profile. Don't be afraid to ask for help if you need it.

In regards to your request about the Coldplay setlist I wanted to let you know that a Roadie can't delete or modify a festival only a Moderate can. Those type of requests should go on the "Problems with Festivals" or "Spam/Troll User" forum where you post problems with other users. I posted the information you gave me on the Festival forum.
One thing that a Roadie or User CAN do however is create a festival. There are instructions how to do that on the website. They aren't that easy to do the first time you try but if you do a a couple times it is pretty easy. If you have any trouble creating a festival feel free to ask me for help as that is something I can do.
