Keith, thanks for making the changes, I couldn’t figure out the combo for the first encore. I loved the show.

Hey Keith,

Thanks a lot for submitting the error message form you received a couple of weeks ago while trying to access the second page of your attended Springsteen concerts. The bug has been fixed now - sorry for the trouble!

Great, add details as you see fit. Team effort, thanks!

Songs & artists from the Taj tribute? Does not need to be complete or in order.

That was the tightest and most blistering set I have seen him perform. He was a man on a mission. I totally lived it along with the preview of his new album and Ordinary People was killer. Can’t wait to see him in Sept at the Bowl. We should meet up sometime prior to a show.

Did you enjoy Neil at the Greek. It was fun seeing Stills perform songs other than his usual standards.

Hi….at the 1992 91x fest, I’m pretty sure Banton was not there, replaced by the Farm and their new single Groovy Train??!!

Hi Keith. Sorry to ask, but I was wondering if you plan on digitizing those Boingo tapes? I have a friend who can help in digitizing tapes if needed. Thanks again!

That's okay, no disrespect taken. Besides, they kinda deserved it.

That's great that you were so close. What record store did you work at? I saw Alice In Chains at the Bacchanal, sitting maybe 10' from the front of the stage. I had 2nd row seats for The Cars and Devo for '87, but that was delayed and then cancelled.

I'll get tix soon, and that would be nice to meet up.

Hi Keith,

I enjoy most types of music and The Cars are far and away my favorite band. For me they're like The Beatles, in the way they created smart and concise pop songs. I like LPs and I have a decent setup, but no matter how good that playback sounds, I still prefer that big & loud live mix. I was at their '82 San Diego show, and while I was very disappointed that they barely played 70 minutes, I was thrilled at how good they sounded at that volume. They had so many hit songs from early on that their reputation would probably have benefitted from a 90-100 minute set.

Are you still in San Diego? I live in La Mesa and I go to a show occasionally. I'm going to see Martin Sexton next month and I'm considering seeing the Damned at the Observatory. I see a lot of your recordings on dime. LMK if you ever need help with transfers. I have a recently serviced Tascam 112 MKII.

Cheers,
David

Hi keithm, I see you recorded The Cars in Los Angeles 9/27/80. Also, I see you saw The Cars at the Universal Amphitheatre 9/5/79, and the San Diego Sports Arena on 3/10/82 and 9/4/84. Is there any chance I could get a copy of all of these recordings? I have several recordings of The Cars as well as a few other bands. I even have a few of my own masters. LMK if we can work out a trade of some sort. I have a list at db.etreedb.org/carsfan I am willing to trade generously. Cheers, David

Sorry, I accidentally misspelled concert. Would you want to work something out for the 83 and 86 shows? My email is iteeveee@gmail.com :)

Hi, you said that you taped every show you went to. Did you happen to tape any of the Oingo Boingo concrete you went to or remember any of the setlists? Thank you!

Bummer, did you enjoy the show?

Did you get some good audio for Frank Black? I got great video but the audio sucked, too close I guess.

How was Gilmour last night? I really enjoyed the show Friday.

Yes, I am going to the show on Wednesday and then to David Gilmour on Friday. Enjoy ELO.

Keith, are you going to Los Lobos in Temecula next Wednesday?

Keith, did you get the setlist of Los Lobos at the Rady Shell?
