Regarding your question about Skylar Grey, people who purchased VIP tickets for the show were given a copy of the night's setlist autographed by Grey, which is where I got the names of the songs. I wish I could help you out more but unfortunately I didn't record any of the show!

Regarding your questions:
1- I think it is fine to put any of that additional info in an @Info comment as long as it is factually correct. The song should be associated with that piece of work if you are going to that. This is of course optional and you should not expect all setlists for that artist to carry this additional info unless of course you want to spend the time updating them :-)
2- Unfortunately we currently don't have a way for designating guest performers that became the main performer for a song or two. This is one of my wishlist items for this site, hopefully one of these days it will come true.

Replying to your question about the Mallrat set: Love Songs / Heart Strings is a short transition song on the album (and a remix of The Light Streams In And Hits My Face) so that is how it sounds in the live set!
