Marking concerts as special events?

Is there a way (or could there be?) to mark concerts as special events? For example, radio stations often put on concerts as special promotions.
A station in my city puts on an annual event called the Halloween Howler. I could add it as a festival but it's not really a festival per se. Another station has an event called the Hall Party where classic rock bands are brought in to play every few months. Once again, not really a festival.
Should I just add these as festivals or keep them as regular concerts?

You certainly could add the event as a festival. Like this:

Or you could use the @Info tag to note that the setlist was a special event. Like this:
