This song is from “I'm Breathless” album, not “CD Single Collection” (wtf?)

This is complicated – there was “Forbidden Love” on 1994 “Bedtime Stories” album but there was another “Forbidden Love” on 2005 “Confessions on a Dance Floor” album and Madonna performed only the second one.
