Say - do you *have* the setlist for this show?
https://www.setlist.fm/setlist/the-sisters-of-mercy/1991/orpheum-theatre-minneapolis-mn-23c6147f.html
I notice you added this over a decade ago but I ask because I think I wrote it and I would love to see it. I was a high school freshman (ahem...) and KJ104 was giving away "Roadie for the Day" for Sisters of Mercy and I won and among the jobs they gave me with the hope I wouldn't screw it up was making copies of the setlist for the show that night. I honestly can't remember if they used them and I'm not even 100% sure it was this show, but ~1991 and the Orpheum is definitely right. I have a couple pictures of myself with the band from that night. if I should show my bona fides somehow or something.

Thanks for contributing to this super awesome site :)

That could be the case when the album they belong to isn't on setlist.fm and/or musicbrainz, I guess. But if you can assign them manually, that should work, no?

Wait, can you add the songs manually or not? Because if you can and nothing happens, then the mods aren't assigning the songs for whatever reason. Have you tried asking in the forums?

I can still assign songs to albums via "Wrong album assigned" on the song page, if you mean that?

I know, usually that's true, but in this specific case, the demo version has a different title and different lyrics. As far as I'm aware, that's enough for setlist.fm to consider it a separate song. Unfortunately, if the title stayed the same, but the lyrics and rest of the song is different, it's not enough reason. Such as "Tsumi to Batsu", for example. :/

And I'm pretty sure you sent me all your terekos, didn't you?
But please don't upload the Japanese ones. It would suck for trading purposes. :/

ooh, that's you! I didn't notice, sorry for being so short-worded on those two edits yesterday xD good to know that you're still around :)

Saw you attended tonight's Depeche Mode concert. Do you have appropriate start/end times? I'm flying down on Saturday for the San Jose show. Any info would help. Thanks!

Hello...I just saw your inquiry about the YMO NYC show and my added setlist. 2 ideas come to mind....they did give away a very large free poster/program that evening. Perhaps the selection titles are listed there. Or my original notes from the night of the show are exactly as entered here by me. Perhaps the clearly announced each song title? Give me a chance to locate the program. Cheers, benny

Hi, This is regarding the entry for The Bags Apr 13 1978 where you put "incorrect date". I've identified the correct date of those videos as Nov 25, 1979. -- "All Bagged Up" has audio of 5 songs from Nov 25, 1979 and the audio matches the audio of the video for Survive. Also there's a flyer proving they did a gig on that date. I'm just wondering where you got that Apr 13 date from? Was there evidence they played a gig on that date, a flyer or something, or did you just make a guess?

Hey, you're still around, hm? :D I got my fb account banned and don't remember your name, so I wasn't able to contact you again >< I'm currently once again working through all of the DEG setlists, comparing them to an extensive excel sheet I got years ago. Lots of work lol

Hope you're surviving this pandemic bullshit of a year!

No worries, thanks for the reply. If you ever recall your source, I'd love to know.

Hi there, fellow Boingo fan! I saw your setlist from the Oct 25, 1988 and Oct 30, 1990 shows. Any chance you have recordings from them? If so, I'd love to trade. My collection is here:
http://boingomausoleum.altervista.org/index.htm

Oh man, really? That would be absolutely amazing, thank you!!! Then I can finally go through their early stuff, adding missing SEs and stuff like that. It's so hard to find any information online, except for your work.

Oh and you don't need to organize them, it wouldn't bother me at all. But I think it would be best if you send me the link in private, though. If you have a Twitter account, just send me a DM @seelentau. fb would be alright as well, there's a link on my page :)

Hmm, I see. I actually just wanted to ask if you still have your DEG recordings from back in the day and if you'd be willing to share them with me? I can imagine you don't have much interest in them anymore, but they could be of use for me. :)

So I assume you're not active here anymore, are you? :/

Hi,

You created set lists for 2 shows by Siouxsie & The Banshees at The Whisky A Go-Go in West Hollywood, California on November 27th 1980. What is the source/justification for those 2 entries? Here is a shot of the venue marquee from that Banshees stint and the sign clearly states Nov. 28-30 not Nov. 27-30. On the 27th they were traveling down from San Francisco and I highly doubt they played two shows that night after having driven all that way during the day.

Could you please provide a source for My Bloody Valentine at the Polytechnic 30/06/1987. I work for the University of Westminster archive, researching gig history for a new project. In the student publications there are gigs by Boys Wonder and Webcore listed that week but not MBV. Seems unlikely there would be a gig on a Tuesday but it's still a possibility.

I found several more setlists which you considered being a tour when it was a one off performance e.g. https://www.setlist.fm/setlist/lou-reed/2003/carnegie-hall-new-york-ny-33d0c045.html & https://www.setlist.fm/setlist/lou-reed/1989/unknown-venue-san-francisco-ca-43d0cfd7.html
Maybe you can do a little search between all your edits and delete these?
