My friend...please understand...I am not mistaken. I went to the 27th show for Husker Du (have the ticket stub!) and clearly I kept amazingly concise notes. Yes I was probably pretty buzzed by the 1 a.m. encores and did not fully capture correct song titles. However please trust my note taking and let my entry be the official post from this night. Unless there is a way to reach out to other attendees who might have similar recollections OR the taper who I clearly surmise ran out of tape or lost his second cassette of this night. Please trust me on my note taking despite 3 or 4 unknown song titles. Also...if I have them leaving the stage 4 times at encore time...THAT IS THE WAY IT HAPPENED. THANK YOU. Best, Benny

Hi, that first Husker Du for me, they would have been playing songs from Metal Circus, so maybe what I heard was Lifeline. At the time i posted to setlist.fm, i was working from a gig diary that I kept in the 1980s. From 1983 to 1987 I did radio promotions for both the Channel club and the Rat,my pay was free admission.So i will make an edit.Thanks for reaching out.

Burroughs and R.E.M. had a 'relationship' sp I guess this could have happened. The User who created this isn't totally reliable but he has provided sources for some of his questionable edits so I am not going to delete it until some more research can be done.

This show has a credible link to a newspaper so I don't want to delete it without some evidence that it was cancelled even though it isn't listed on the band website for this rescheduled show. It could be a 'lost' show only listed here.
