Some useful information for contributors to this site:
-If the "autocorrect" feature bothers you (how could it not?), go to your settings and check the "Show a checkbox to enable/disable autocorrection when editing a setlist." option under the setlist edit settings. This will allow you to turn off the autocorrupt.

-Using YouTube's share function adds a "?si=[randomcharacterstring]" part to the link which YouTube uses to collect your data (like what sites you visit and who you interact with) so they can sell it. Many other sites (like Instagram) have these too, so please make sure to remove this part of the links you include as sources. (And please *do* include links in your sources when applicable.)

-If your source is online, please don't just say "from band's facebook page" or "recording on youtube" as this is too specific. Instead, you should just cite "the internet" as a source, since this is still technically correct but even more useless, and ensures that future editors waste a maximum of their time trying to find your source...

If you find any more sets that I added or edited that are any bit concerning, feel free to let me know and I'll help out as best as possible.

Cheers.

Rreett, I've got it here somewhere, and will search for it tomorrow. Will advise.

Yo! I basically stopped using it around 2022/23, not long after I came to that realization you had mentioned. Appreciate the heads up though

Thanks for the information regarding the YouTube tracking. I'll watch for that with future edits, comments, links, etc. it's always good to find out new information like that.

Ahh I see. Thanks for telling me about that.

Thanks for your feedback! It's just that I refer to the videos I've taken with my phone of every intro, song and bridge, but I haven't uploaded my videos anywhere. They just exist on my phone or computer from where I can check and verify the setlists. Cheers!

Re your question regarding my sourcing for the Blackbirds gig I posted for which I received a postcard, here's the deal. My job for many years was working at a syndicated music news service for (mainly) commercial radio station use (mainly) for their Monday-Friday morning shows. I was on dozens of mailing lists and one way the record labels promoted local gigs was by sending out postcards to inform the press about it. I have boxes of hundreds of these. As you can see I contribute a lot to Setlist.fm and have been to literally thousands of concerts. You can trust me on my info, which I always source as best I can. Occasionally, since I do so many so quickly, I may make a mistake on a source and I try to correct those asap, but the information that goes up is virtually always correct.

Hi, not a problem, here's that Angels link from YouTube, thanks for reaching out: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLyvypJYZyrQP9kecGpKoHZAuF3VkacLkV

hello, about the Sun Ra concert in Evanston last year: check my etree page for my email and send me one https://etreedb.org/EnglishSkylarking

Thank you for the help identifying songs for the Sun Ra Arkestra performance at Pitchfork Music Festival. I had never listened to some of the live versions of those songs and was never quite satisfied with the way it was written, but I listened back and was finally able to find all of the themes from the edits that you made. I made a few more minor edits to clean up the page and tried to justify everything in my follow-up comment, but I really appreciate your help

Hey man you're good. I was nervous I made you mad from the RKL setlist but you seem cool. Wanna be friends?

Hey there,
In regards to the DRI set list for Reggies in Chicago, I took notes throughout the show and also got a photo of the set list from the stage afterwards.

Yes, I’m at every show I’ve added a set list for unless noted (which is pretty rare).

And yes, I always either get the setlist or a photo of it and also audio record all of the shows and almost always know the bands material as well.

In this case I took photos of TWO different “setlists” the band had on stage… they were both different from the other and neither was the actual order they played the songs in.

I don’t have social media & don’t post photos or audio anywhere.

If you know MDC’s shows they generally write down the songs they’re going to play and then decide the order as they go.

Their setlist are a “sketch” of what they’re likely going to play but they decide on the fly and will also add songs or leave songs off.

The setlist I posted, was based on my audio recording, which again I don’t post as I’m not on social media.

Hope that helps.

Sure thing. I’ll flag it for when I get back from vacation

Hello,
You put a comment on @victor1909 profile to have the Gummo setlist from 2024. I have a picture of it. Where can I send it to you ? Here's my email : maryed@hotmail.fr

Hey, in regards to the DRI set, it was from memory. The rare few times i've seen the physical set-list, I've marked it as such.

Be well!
