Need a set of eyes on a setlist?

Thanks for resubmitting the deletion requests now that it's been fixed.

Hello there. I understand your concern with my edits. However, it's just not practical to source every single edit. I try to source all the edge cases. I always source when I report errors/duplicates (and believe me it's a lot). But please excuse me, I'm not gonna go add sources when I fix a cover band setlist with "Bohemian Rhapsody", "Rocket Man", "Norwegian Wood" and "Nothing Else Matters". I'm not gonna waste time sourcing when I fix a band playing Elvis covers to the original versions of Elvis songs. Spelling/capatalization/punctuation fixes (unless the right version deviates from normal grammar). Do I also really need to add source every time a band plays "Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas" in December? And so on.

If I were to introduce factual errors with my edits, I'm certain mods would've taken notice long ago.

I fixed that setlist for you. It actually took me a little while to figure it out. When you click on 'actual start time,' it gives you a dropdown box with various times, but right after the one for evening time, there is a blank space. If you click on that, you'll be able to remove the actual start time

Thanks again for pointing out the User who was again making unsourced edits under a new name. The admins have been taking care of the problem, but if you see any of that person's edits that appear to be unsourced, feel free to revert, citing the Guidelines about sources.

Thanks for the information. I've passed it on to the other mods and roadies. There is a bulk revert feature that the mods have access to, but I don't know if it works for tour names, and also, I'm not clear on this, but it may not work if some of the person's edits have already been manually reverted. But maybe it will work, or maybe various people can work on reverting his edits.

For what it's worth, while made-up tour names are not ideal and against the Guidelines, the bigger priority is here things like assumed set lists, made-up concerts, etc. Not saying that the tour names won't or shouldn't be reverted, but if everybody is busy, the focus will be on fake concerts and unsourced songs being added first.

If you find more examples of his unsourced edits, please feel free to either revert them yourself with an explanation, or let me know.

Thanks for the update. That person's edits are being reverted, for the reasons you pointed out.

Yeah, weird quirk, I somehow figured out the workaround a while back...

You have to go to the old edit settings. Put in the MBID b168bb54-825d-4bef-bb49-b02fa3ca601b which is for Big Joe Turner and His Blues Kings as @Cover[b168bb54-825d-4bef-bb49-b02fa3ca601b] and it works.

I fixed one.

Thanks for the correction on the Doobie Brothers setlist. Bloody predictive texting suggestions took me away from the right track after two words and I hadn't picked up on it. Much appreciated

Thank you for your help. For Georgia on My Mind, Peter Frampton said he was doing the Ray Charles arrangement, can I add that in info? Also, can I add that I Don’t Need No Doctor was the Humble Pie version? Thanks again.

Let me know if he keeps it up now that he's been too not to.

Looks like moderator stepped up. Good work!

Sorry the editor is messing with the Loggins sets. I am a roadie, so have limited ability to straighten this out. I suggest posting your comment on the forum topic below, so the moderators can address it.

OK I think I got it straightened out. Thanks.
