Many thanks for your reply trekrap and appreciate you taking the time and trouble to look. Yes indeed, I know the lyrics programme you mention.
Should you come across them at some point, I’d be very pleased to hear from you.
Kind regards
D
Hi trekrap
Just a quick note to see if you’ve been able to hunt out your 70s Pink Floyd ticket stubs yet? :)
Kind regards

Hi trekrap
Hope you had a very enjoyable Thanksgiving. Just wondering if you might have had chance of a delve through your ticket collection for the PF ‘72 and ‘73 shows now temperatures are beginning to drop? Not quite January’s cold weather but thought I’d ask :)
Kind regards

Hi trekrap
Many thanks for your reply; your stuffed shoe boxes sound tremendously exciting. I’ve been reading through all your concert attendances, which read like a Who's Who of bands and artists! If I could have seen even just a fraction of them I’d count myself lucky.
Thanks again and look forward to hearing from you whenever you have time.
Cheers
Dave

Thanks for your collaboration and review. I've updated the setlist and posted our catalog of the snippets to the comments section, per our discussion. Hope to see you at future shows!
PS...I know I’ve asked before but wondering if you might have come across them :)
Hi trekrap
Just seen you were at Pink Floyd's Washington 1972 and Hampton Coliseum 1973 gigs!
I’ve been looking for a picture or scan of either or both tickets for these shows for a while. Any chance you still have either of them and would be able to share copies? A long shot I know but thought I’d ask :)
Happy to offer 4x face value each for a nice pic or scan of them.
Kind regards
Dave

Also, feel free to keep a copy for your personal use, but please do not post this video without permission from the artist.
Here's what I hear:
0:39 “We Will Rock You” – Queen
0:49 “Come Together” – the Beatles
1:03 “Wipeout” – the Surfaris
1:13 “YYZ” – Rush
1:30 “Rock and Roll” – Led Zeppelin
1:37 “25 or 6 to 4” - Chicago
1:47 “Manic Depression” – Jimi Hendrix
2:02 “Honky Tonk Women” – the Rolling Stones
2:16 “Immigrant Song” – Led Zeppelin
2:26 “The End” – the Beatles
Looking forward to getting your perspectives. I included some time before and after the "Magical Musical Moment" in case I missed something, but I think that mostly those parts were just improvisation.
Apologies for the delay, but I have the file uploaded and ready to view now:

Cool. I'm traveling at the moment, so it will take me a couple days to edit and post the video. I'll message you when I have that in place. Looking forward to working this with you.
Thank you for your thoughtful comments. You are correct that there is no rule that setlists comply with prior setlists, but the guidelines do provide us insight into the correct procedure here. The guidelines tell us: "If one of the songs was performed in full then it does not fit the definition of a medley. A song info should be added for additional snippets." This is why the song title should be listed as "Cut the Cake". Typically, we would include all of the snippets in the song info section, but here there are too many to fit in the space provided. I addressed this in my original edit by writing "Ringo off stage. "Magical Musical Moment" w/ snippet montage by Gregg Bissonette and Steve Lukather." I then provided a comment below saying: "Magical Musical Moment included snippets from “We Will Rock You”, “Come Together”, “Wipeout”, “YYZ”, “Rock and Roll” (Led Zeppelin), “25 or 6 to 4”, “Manic Depression”, “Honky Tonk Women”, “Immigrant Song”, and “The End” (the Beatles)." I still believe this to be the correct way to format the information.
If you are amenable to this approach, I would be happy to share a recording of the snippets with you, work towards a complete description, and enter them in this way. Let me know if you are interested in proceeding as I describe.
Best Regards,
poggst
Many thanks for your reply and I shall eagerly look forward to hearing from you at any time if or when you find them (Fingers crossed)

Hi trekrap
I’m really hoping you can help with my query. I have a 1973 Floyd tour programme but I am trying to find a ticket scan for the Pink Floyd show at Hampton 22nd March 1973 which I see you attended. (Lucky you:)
I know this is a long shot but have you hung on to your ticket stub for the last...51 years and if so, would you be able to share a scan of your ticket? It would be greatly appreciated.
Hope to hear for you.
Kind regards

Hello trekrap,
By the way...
Could you use the site feature's Set times instead of using that Set-Tag for this setlist?

Thanks.
Don Nix released Going Gown eventually, that's what matters

Hi, I'm creating a database of the all starr of Ringo and I saw you were at the
21.5.1997 Wolf Trap Farm for Performing Arts, Virginia, VA
Do you remember the songs performed during the solo spot ? Do you have any recording of the show ?
Thanks !
Did you attend a Ballin' Jack show in Baltimore 1970? Could you tell me some details, was it a lineup with our without Jim Walters, was the show recorded, whatever. Thank you for an answer.
pieniek63,
On a related note, is there is a way to attach an image of the concert program? If not I will upload it to a PF related article and add the link into a future comment. Respectfully, trekrap

Well, it's the same song and the band admits that. We use the original song title used by the the original artist. There's not really much more to say.
